Terms of the Pre-order

§ I.Refunds

Until your Exo ships, you can cancel for a full refund of the USDC you paid, sent to the wallet that holds the receipt. The receipt is burned and its number retired. After shipping, a faulty device is repaired or replaced.

§ II.Payment

Payment is in USDC on Base only, from your own wallet. The price is read from the pre-order contract at the moment you buy, and your wallet signs a maximum price so you can never be charged more than you saw. You pay the network fee.

Receipt: An ERC-721 token, Argo Exo · Apparatus No. N, minted to your wallet in the same transaction as your payment. It's transferable: whoever holds it when your batch ships receives the device.
Price: Set per kit in the contract. Shown on the page only after it's read from the chain.

§ III.Shipping

Each Exo is assembled by hand in small batches. We email every holder a shipping window before their batch is built. Shipping, import duty and local taxes are paid by the buyer and quoted before dispatch.
